Basketball Training to be held at the
Hylton Boys
and Girls Club Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 10:00am. The Hylton Boys and Girls Club is located at 5070 Dale Boulevard Dale City, Virginia, 22193. We have 3 separate class from Beginners to Intermediate to Elite.
Our beginners class consist of kids whom have really never played basketball or are still in the early stages of learning the game of basketball. The drills consist of learning to dribble, pass, shoot, and defending.
Our intermediate class usually consist of players that have some knowledge and have played basketball before. This group primarily works on Dribbling, shooting, passing, defending, and team play.
Our Elite group is a group of players who have extended basketball experience. Most of the players are the serious every day player. They work on all the before mentioned skills in addition to Shooting off the dribble, shooting off screens, passing with both hands, man to man defense, conditioning, and team play.
